Alumni Association

"ONCE A PIRATE, ALWAYS A PIRATE!”

The Pass Christian Alumni Association is one of the oldest active associations on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We work closely with the Public Schools and support the different clubs and organizations in the school system. We provide each year a $500.00 scholarship to a young man or woman who is the son, daughter, or grandchild of a past graduate of Pass Christian High School. We have been fortunate, through the generosity of our members, to present two scholarships for the past few years.

The annual banquet is held on the last Saturday in April. A hospitality hour begins the evening.  In the short business meeting, the state of the association is presented and new officers are elected.  The class roll call recognizes each class.  The golden anniversary class remembers their class.  Dinner and dance follow.  We honor the graduates celebrating their 60th, 50th, 25th, and 10th anniversaries each year.  We are still working on establishing an archive for the Pass Christian Public School District.  We are asking anyone who attended any school in the district to help us by donating memorabilia.

We thank you for your interest in visiting our web page and hope you come aboard as a member.  Membership dues are $10.00 per year.  Dues can be mailed to Pass Christian Alumni Association, Post Office Box 164, Pass Christian, MS 39571.  Two newsletters per year will give you important information concerning our activities and the news from our members.  Donations to the scholarship fund can be made to the same post office box with SCHOLARSHIP printed on your check.  Also, we look forward to any news you would like to share.  Pass High is a special place and the time we spent there was special.  Please make plans next year to join us at the banquet.  It is a great place to renew friendships.  Try to get a group from your class and come enjoy the evening.

The Class of 1954 celebrates its golden anniversary at the 2004 Pass Christian High School Alumni Association Annual Banquet.  A graduate statuette was presented to each class member. Alumni President, Alice Russell, congratulates Estella Johnson Drevar, Class of 1929, on the 75th anniversary of her high school graduation.
